There are many worthwhile upcoming events to explore in beautiful Niagara Canada this season.  Check out the Canada Food and Wine Institute’s second annual event, which will return to Niagara College’s campus this weekend for Decadence 2012.   A chocolate and icewine event will be the hot topic for folks of all ages.  The public is also invited to visit the Canada Food and Wine Institute on Saturday from 10 am-4 pm with family friendly events such as ice carving, a birds of prey showcase and exciting live entertainment.  For the little ones, a kids chocolate camp will be offered for just $10 per day. There will be wonderful creations of chocolate and icewine prepared by the students of the College.  The CFWI”s theatre will also be presenting world class chefs and chocolate experts for just $5 a person.  This is a must see event for chocolate enthusiasts!

Don’t forget TD Rink and the Brink which is located in the scenic Horseshoe Falls area.  This outdoor favourite boasts an open ice skating rink with spectacular views of Niagara.  This crowd pleaser is only open until February 29, 2012, so make sure to experience this family friendly activity while it is still open to the public.

Last but not least, make sure to mark your calendar for the Niagara Talent Search 2012 March 4-7.  NTS wants to know if you or if someone you know has what it takes to sing and dance in this unbelievable competition!  Or just purchase tickets to see the show nightly at 8 pm. Located at the Greg Frewin Theatre in Niagara Falls, tickets are on sale now for $17.70 per person.
