Rideau Carleton Raceway has operated since 1962 as a showcase for Live Horse Racing.
The Raceway facility was completely renovated in 2000, and millions of visitors have been introduced to the sport of Harness Horse Racing. With the addition of a state of the art Bingo Hall which supports 28 charities as a new draw, Horse Racing is attracting all new fans.
Our kitchen caters to our numerous venues; in the Dining Room, we serve three meals a day, 7 days a week, including a daily dinner buffet in our glass enclosed restaurant, right on the finish line so you can catch the excitement of the live horse races while you dine. One thing is certain, your dinner with us will be one of the most entertaining you've ever had, and tasty too!
The QEII, located Casino is perfect for a cocktail reception, networking or a small presentation area; equipped with a fully licensed bar, cocktail tables and plenty of mingling space, it is a perfect fit for smaller groups.
The BUDBAR area is track level, with seating for 60-80 people and access to a fully licensed patio, & bar.
The VIP lounge is a private room for up to 30 people.
Parking & admission free; handicap parking is available & tour buses are welcome. Coat check & valet service are complimentary.
All guests must be 19 with valid, gov't issued, photo id to enter SLOTS & Dining Room.
Exception: Sundays 11am-10p, Thursdays 5-10pm from April to December and Wednesdays 5-10pm May to September; guests under 19 are required to enter the Dining Room through the Family Entrance located on the South Side of the Building.
