Carrousel of the Nations is a wonderful exploration experiencing the fusion of world music, dance, art, food and culture. It is in support of Windsor-Essex’s unique multicultural identity and flavour.Hosted by the Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County, Carrousel of the Nations takes place the last weekends in June, and is the area’s only regional multicultural festival and also rated Top 100 FEO!
