There will be vendors big and small to discover. You can shop and discover new products and businesses including, but not limited to: Yoga, gym memberships, healthy nutrition (gluten free), naturopathy, spiritual well being, clothing and accessories, health aids, motivational speaking, meditative arts, aromatherapy, and so much more! A lot of these vendors are from Toronto and the Greater Toronto area, and vendors across Canada are all welcome. There will be a stage with speakers, yoga classes, and interactive dance classes too. Visitors to the show can participate in any of the classes happening in the stage area for free! Bring your mat! This is a consumer show open to the public.
