The GTA is full of fabulous & fun places to visit this March break.  Kids of all ages will get a real thrill at iFly, the Toronto indoor skydiving facility.  If defying gravity isn’t your thing, then keep your feet close to the ground at the Bata Shoe Museum where there will be fun & games all March break.  The Peel Art Gallery Museum & Archives offers a March Break camp for kids interested in exploring their artistic side.  If you have any comedians in your house, you  might want to try a Second City. March break camp to learn all about the art of improv.
In Southwestern Ontario, you can explore the world of tropical pets & plants, enjoy the amusement rides & much more at Colasanti’s Tropical Gardens. Have you ever wanted to live in a castle? You can get a taste of the good life at Castle Kilbride - special kids activities during March break. You can learn all about the history of the Waterloo region at the Waterloo Region Museum & Doon Heritage Village, the largest community museum in Ontario – special activities for kids during March break. And in Burlington, you can uncover history at the Museums of Burlington.

If you’re looking for an Ontario March Break getaway for your family, then Niagara is a great destination.  In addition to the magnificent Falls, there are so many fun places to discover.  Families can enjoy the dinner & entertainment at the Oh Canada, Eh? Dinner Theatre or you can be amazed at the incredible magical feats of Greg Frewin.  Adventure awaits at Bird Kingdom where you can enter the amazing world of birds & reptiles. Or if you’re looking for an adrenaline rush, then try a flight with Niagara Helicopters Limited - it’s a real thrill, suitable for all ages.

Our nation’s capital is full of interesting & exciting places to visit over March break.  Take the opportunity to visit the incredible Canadian Museum of History where kids will love exploring the interactive Children’s Museum.  Art fans will enjoy the National Gallery of Canada where the very cool M.C. Escher exhibit is on display over March Break.  The Ottawa Art Gallery offers March Break camps – perfect for your young artist.  If you head into Eastern Ontario, stop at the world-famous Big Apple for their family pie-making, where you can make your own mini pie to bring home!

Central Ontario has tons of fun March break activities.  For the drama queens & kings in your family, there’s March Break Drama Camp at Theatre Collingwood.  Avid boaters will enjoy the Muskoka Boat & Heritage Centre & the Canadian Canoe Museum where families can participate in interactive exhibits.  For a day of fabulous shopping, check out Tanger Outlets in Cookstown where you can get the whole family outfitted for spring (yes, it really is coming!)
Residents & visitors in Northern Ontario can visit the fascinating Science North museum.  Come for March Break Madness & March Break dash – all week long.  You can also visit Dynamic Earth for a chance to check out King Tutankhamun’s treasures.  Budding artists can get their hands dirty & create their own works of art at the March Break art camp at the Thunder Bay Art Gallery.

You can get away to the tropics without leaving Ontario at the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory. During March Break, check out the BugFeast (March 13-22) where you can sample “real insects in honey themed recipes.” YUM! (Southwestern Ont)
