And Ontario has a LOT of water! Whether you are into the natural kind, found at Ontario\u2019s beautiful <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/parks-trails-beaches-gardens.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">beaches<\/a>, or the man-made kind at an Ontario <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/amusement-parks-water-parks-mini-golf-more.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">water park<\/a>, wet is wet! They offer water activities ranging from the thrilling like huge slides, to the relaxing, like a lazy river. Most also have stuff for any age, although some of the rides have a height minimum. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/companyprofile\/earl-haig-family-fun-park.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Earl Haig Family Fun Park<\/a> in Brantford has a waterslide, lazy river ride, splash pad, leisure pool plus a Family of 5 Splash Pass only $29.00! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/companyprofile\/east-park.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">East Park<\/a>, London, has a New State of the art Wave Pool, and a 7 slide water park. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/companyprofile\/bingemans-big-splash-funworx-indoor-playland.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bingemans Big Splash<\/a> &amp; FunworX Indoor Playland, Kitchener has a heated Wave Pool, Spray \u2018N\u2019 Play (water park for kids), and 11 HUGE water slides.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1753\" src=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/article2_july122018-2.jpg\" alt=\"water slides Ontario\" width=\"257\" height=\"141\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Water parks in the rest of Ontario<\/h2>\n<p>Most waterparks have food kiosks or restaurants but many also have picnic tables if you want to bring your own. There is usually somewhere to lock up your stuff too. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/companyprofile\/wild-water-kingdom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wet\u2018N\u2019Wild Toronto<\/a> is Canada\u2019s newest Waterpark and it has water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, a four lane zip-line and two kid&#8217;s splash areas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/companyprofile\/calypso-theme-waterpark.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Calypso Theme Waterpark<\/a> (Eastern ON) is Canada&#8217;s biggest waterpark with &gt;35 water slides, 100 water games, 2 theme rivers &amp; Canada\u2019s largest wave pools. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityofkingston.ca\/waterpark\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Tomlinson Aqua Park<\/a> in Kingston has a 10-metre water slide, lazy river, tot pool, spray features &amp; more!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1749\" src=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/article3_july122018.jpg\" alt=\"beaches in Ontario\" width=\"257\" height=\"141\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Blue Flag Beaches in Ontario<\/h2>\n<p>Blue Flag is an world recognized eco-certification awarded to beaches that have met 27 international standards for cleanliness, accessibility, water quality, safety and protection of shorelines &amp; ecosystems. There are currently <a href=\"https:\/\/environmentaldefence.ca\/blue-flag\/?province=ontario&amp;keyword=%22%20%5Cl%20%22map-container\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">27 beaches in Ontario<\/a> that have attained this designation.
