Glide along 27km of trails on cross country skis, hike by snowshoe on a 12km trail through the 100-foot-tall hardwood trees or get that photo op along Southern Ontario\u2019s longest Suspension Footbridge! Make sure to get in those animal sightings- whether it\u2019s through wooden animal carvings or spotting them in the wild. Explore the nature trails of the 800 hectare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontarioconservationareas.ca\/component\/mtree\/conservation-authorities\/ausable-bayfield\/parkhill-conservation-area?Itemid=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Parkhill Conservation Area<\/a> where you can go hiking, snowmobiling and tobogganing.\u00a032 km west of London, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitmiddlesex.ca\/sites\/default\/files\/flipping_book\/2016\/mobile\/index.html?fbclid=IwAR30_1wQBf_m-1vU3TWQ2a22hpRtPmVeRUIcuUWR_z_QHzbw70AY0fA7Yg8%22%20%5Cl%20%22p=31\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Longwoods Road Conservation Area<\/a>is a network of 155 acres of Carolinian forests, ravines, meadows, and wetlands. In addition to skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and epic bird watching you can visit the Ska-Nah-Doht Village featuring longhouses, a palisade maze, and exhibits featuring the archaeology and Traditional Aboriginal knowledge passed on by local First Nations.\u00a0When able, the Thames Valley Trail Association (TVTA) leads 5 or more walks and hikes a week in London,\u00a0Ontario and its surrounding areas.
