for kids!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"b12171e95ca29a06569361a76d0dc3e3\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6144103376590397\" async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiff.net\/kids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">TIFF \u2013 Kids<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wow!\u00a0 What an awesome day we just had!\u00a0 The five of us went downtown to King St. to the Kids Toronto International Film Festival.\u00a0 We had booked a time slot of 2pm to go into the digiPlayspace.\u00a0 While we waited in line with the throngs of people (2pm is a very busy time!) the girls got a chance to be the stars in their own movie.\u00a0 Kids TIFF had a camera and big movie screen to project all the crazy antics of the kids in the lineup.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We finally made it into the playSpace and it was well worth the wait.\u00a0 Where to begin?\u00a0 There was so much to see and do.\u00a0 We started with the body paint installation where kids can create their own masterpiece by jumping in front of a giant interactive screen that responds to body movement by making big dramatic splotches of paint jump onto the screen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Next we moved onto \u201cweather worlds.\u201d\u00a0 This was a huge hit with the girls.\u00a0 The kids\u2019 images were projected onto a huge screen that showed different weather conditions.\u00a0 When they moved, the weather changed.\u00a0 They could create hurricanes, lightning, torrential downpours and rainbows.\u00a0 They had the best time!<\/p>\n<p>For kids who have dreams of being in the movies, the \u201cBe in the Scene\u201d was fantastic.\u00a0 Kids stand in front of a green room and are projected into changing scenes.\u00a0 They can transform into Wolverine from X-Men, Princess Belle, see themselves on an elephant in the jungle or starring in a Spiderman movie.\u00a0 Awesome!<\/p>\n<p>After becoming movie stars, the girls played on the ipads loaded with cool apps, squished video bugs roaming on the floor, played video games and then checked out the cool movie making gadgets.\u00a0 We saw a 3D printer at work, played the potato piano and more.\u00a0 The kids even got to make their own stop motion animation movie.<\/p>\n<p>For more Festivals &amp;
