In Kitchener (Southwestern Ontario), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicopeetubepark.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Chicopee Tube Park<\/a> has a snow barrier to guide tubes safely down the chute. In Milton (GTA), <a href=\"http:\/\/gleneden.on.ca\/tubing\/what-is-snow-tubing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Glen Eden\u2019s Tube Park<\/a> also has skiing.\u00a0 In Perth (Ottawa region), try <a href=\"http:\/\/rivervalleygolfandtube.com\/tubewebsite\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">River Valley<\/a>\u2013the first snow tube facility in Ontario &amp; the 3rd in North America.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.calabogie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Calabogie Peaks Resort<\/a> is another tubing facility.\u00a0 If you\u2019re in Northern Ontario, there\u2019s lots of tubing in the Sudbury area \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontarioskitrails.com\/item\/capreol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Adanac Ski Hill, Capreol Ski Hill &amp; Lively Ski Hill<\/a> all have tubing.\u00a0 Many ski hills not mentioned also have tubing available, so check the Skiing section for more tubing sites.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-shot-2015-02-05-at-1.15.48-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-782\" src=\"\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-shot-2015-02-05-at-1.15.48-PM-300x190.png\" alt=\"Screen shot 2015-02-05 at 1.15.48 PM\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-shot-2015-02-05-at-1.15.48-PM-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/www.summerfunguide.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Screen-shot-2015-02-05-at-1.15.48-PM.png 544w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Skiing &amp; Snowboarding:<\/p>\n<p>Skiing &amp; snowboarding are great winter sports that can be enjoyed by all ages, from as soon as kids can walk til your silver years!\u00a0\u00a0 Here are just a few of the fantastic ski\/snowboard hills around the province.\u00a0 In the GTA (Thornhill), there\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uplandsgolfandski.com\/skihome2010.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Uplands<\/a> and in Uxbridge there is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ski-lakeridge.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Lakeridge Resort<\/a>. In the Muskoka Region, there\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.deerhurstresort.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Deerhurst Resort<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bluemountain.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Blue Mountain,<\/a>\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.horseshoeresort.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Horseshoe Valley<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hvmuskoka.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Hidden Valley Resort<\/a>.\u00a0 Also in Central Ontario, near Barrie, you\u2019ll find <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skisnowvalley.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Snow Valley<\/a>.\u00a0 In Trenton (Southwestern Ontario), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.batawaskihill.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Batawa Ski Hill<\/a> is a great choice and in Oshawa you\u2019ll find <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brimacombe.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Brimacombe (Home of the Oshawa Ski Club)<\/a>.\u00a0 In Eastern Ontario, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mountpakenham.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Mount Pakenham<\/a> (near Ottawa) has skiing, snowboarding &amp; tubing. In Grand Bend, Ontario (Southwestern Ont.) there\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontarioparks.com\/park\/pinery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Pinery Provincial Park<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontarioparks.com\/park\/wasagabeach\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Wasaga Beach<\/a> (Central Ont.) is a beautiful place to explore in the winter as is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontarioparks.com\/park\/killarney\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Killarney<\/a> in Northern Ontario.\u00a0 For hiking trails all over Ontario you can go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontariotrails.on.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Ontario Trails<\/a> website where you will find hiking trails by region &amp; by activity. In the GTA, you can also skate at<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontarioparks.com\/park\/brontecreek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> Bronte Creek Provincial Park<\/a>.\u00a0 In Port Elgin (Southwestern Ontario), you can skate through the woods at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ontarioparks.com\/park\/macgregorpoint\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">MacGregor Point<\/a>.
