Westben Concerts at The Barn

Westben presents Concerts at The Barn every summer from early June to early August. This eight week festival presents music ranging from Bach to Broadway, World Music, Jazz, Fiddle, Folk and Fun. There are wide-ranging matinee and evening concerts including opera, orchestral, chamber, choral to broadway, jazz, fiddle and rock music. In 2019 Westben's 20th Anniversary Season features violinst James Ehnes, the Fitzgerald Family, Manitoba Chamber Orchestra, Jeremy Dutcher, Basica Bulat, Brent Butt, Joyce El Koury, Rose Cousins, Kuné, Matt Dusk and more. Ask about our Dare to Pair series of wine tasting, local foods and storytelling, as well as the new Secret Concert and VIP Chocolate Voices Experience. Wine and Beer are offered at the concerts and light food at the Concession Stand.

The Barn venue is like no other. Westben brings culture and nature together in perfect harmony, the magnificent 400-seat timber-frame barn opens onto a lush meadow, surrounded by the gently rolling hills of Northumberland County two hours east of Toronto. The stage hosts an incredible array of renowned Canadian and international artists, from full symphony orchestras & choruses to chamber music and soloists, rock, fiddle and fun. The best in class in a relaxed country setting!

Concerts at The Barn is part of Westben's year round Centre for Connection & Creativity, a convergence of people, ideas and activities through music. House Concerts, Tick Talks and Educational events take place at the Clock Tower Cultural Centre in Campbellford and other venues throuhgout the year Westben.ca
