What are YOU going to do this weekend?            July 26, 2012
Red Hot Rentals

In summer, everyone seems to leave the cities to head up north. But if you don’t have a cottage, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out. Ontario has lots of places where you can rent equipment for whatever activity you have in mind. We’ve found some great places so you can get out and get active.

Land, sea or air, this is the place to get everything you need. From canoes, to kayaks, to paddleboards, Sea Doos, ATVs, mountain bikes and more, this is your one-stop shop for the summer.  They even have Thule boxes and bike racks, so you can take your equipment with you wherever adventures leads.

Whether you’re looking for speed on shore or out on the water, here’s the place to go. Play Hard has lots of watersport equipment but also skateboards, longboards and scooters! So grab a group and head over, because summer’s the perfect time to try it all out.

Get pedaling! Whether you want to try a tandem bike as you tour the city or go off-road on park trails, this company has all the bikes to take you where you want to go. Rent by the hour or by the week and bring the kids because there are sizes for everyone. Take a tour or guide yourself on one of the planned routes to see all the best the Ottawa region has to offer.

As summer heats up, everyone likes to be on and in the water. White Squall has canoes, kayaks and paddleboards and even lessons and tutorials if you’re a “newbie”.  When you’re ready for an adventure, try one of their kayak trips. With or without experience, it’s the perfect place to go.

No matter where you are or what you plan on doing, there’s no excuse not to get outside. For more rental locations and lots of other fun outdoor activities, check out our Outdoor Adventure page.
