Canadian Tire Motorsport Park & Major Race Events

Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP) has been presenting major league entertainment to fans since 1961. The 900+ acre, multi-track facility is located less than an hour east of Toronto.

Recognized as Canada’s Home of Motorsports, CTMP has hosted just about every class of road racing on its famed 3.957 km Grand Prix Circuit, including Formula 1, IndyCar, sports cars, stock cars, endurance racing, motorcycles, motocross, show¬room stock, historic vintage racers, “Big Rig” trucks and karts.

Canadian Tire Motorsport Park offers 30,000 plus square feet of contemporary and flexible venue spaces to accommodate events ranging from corporate to personal celebrations.

In addition to the historic Grand Prix Track, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park has two other circuits on the grounds; the CTMP Driver Development Centre (DDC) and the Karting Centre.

The Driver Development Centre is an advanced driver training facility with the Bridgestone Racing Academy as its primary tenant. The track is designed with the flexibility to be config¬ured in several different layouts to suit a variety of purposes. This facility also includes a massive 1000’ x 150’ skid pad com¬plete with a large power circle.

The Karting Centre is a permanent, purpose built facility designed to accommodate a range of activities from fun events to serious, high-level kart racing. The facility is an important proving ground for Canada’s racing stars of tomorrow.
