Municipality of Bayham - Discover the Opportunities with our fun filled family events and unique festivals: EdisonFest – 1st Saturday in June at Vienna Memorial Park, a family fun festival, vendors, raffle draws, BBQ, entertainment & more; Canada Day Port Burwell - July 1st with parade, flag raising, family activities and dignitary greetings; Vienna Lions Kidsfest – 2nd Saturday in July, afternoon of free fun activities and presentations for kids; Bayham Beachfest Port Burwell – Starts Friday of the August Civic Weekend and carries throughout the whole long weekend with family oriented, beach and village events and spectacular Sunday night Fireworks!; Talbot Trail of Yard Sales – 3rd Saturday in August, shop and explore many yard sales starting in Port Burwell, then head North up Plank Rd to Vienna and Straffordville then follow Heritage Line to Talbot Rd (Hwy 3); Straffordville Watermelon Fest – 4th Saturday in August (before the Labour Day weekend) with a parade, free kid's activities, entertainment, and free Watermelon! Enjoy our beautiful Blue Flag Beach, many campgrounds, cottages, bed & breakfast homes, local live theatre, birdwatching, hawk migration, fishing, boating, golfing, cycling/hiking trails. Visit our fascinating Marine Museum with interesting new displays and exhibits, and also kid’s activities during Canada Day and Beachfest festivities. Also view our historic wooden Lighthouse, built in 1840, from the outside (closed to visitors at this time for renovation). Visit the Port Burwell Provincial Park and our other beautiful parks and campgrounds, dine at one of our many tasty restaurants and find the perfect treasure or gift at our unique shops, or pick up fresh produce from our local farmers throughout Bayham.
