Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Fest, Sept 6-8, 2019


The annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival, in its 21st year, is a 3 day outdoor music festival held in Port Credit September 6th to 8th that attracts over 70,000 people. 2019 is a special year for us as we are celebrating the 50th anniversary of Woodstock and the 50th anniversary of The Legendary Downchild Blues Band featuring lead singer Chuck Jackson who is our Artistic Director.

Bring your dancing shoes & lawn chairs and shuffle from one stage to another through-out the park.

150 artists featuring the best of Canadian & International Blues including Ladies Sing The Blues, First Nations performers, the rising stars of the Blues & a special celebration of Woodstock. Closing the Festival Sunday night, the Legendary Downchild Blues Band.

Port Credit’s Memorial Park is the centerpiece of the festival and includes four stages of non-stop entertainment. The entire park is licensed allowing festival goers to enjoy beer and wine as they shuffle through the festival grounds.

Lakeshore Road in the Village is closed to traffic for Saturday afternoon’s free Rabba Fine Foods Street Shuffle (Note new time 12 noon to 4pm) featuring over 20 bands performing on steps, patios and sidewalks.
Vendor Village features a variety of arts and crafts, clothing and jewellry presented by local artisans and the Southside Food Court provides a wide variety of food choices. FREE ADMISSION TO VENDOR VILLAGE, FOOD COURT AND SOUTH STAGES 1 & 2!

The Festival kicks off Thursday night with the Beggars Blues Banquet at the Port Credit Legion featuring a southern style buffet and hosted by The Hogtown Allstars. Visit www.southsideshuffle.ca for all Festival events and schedules.
