Description
Welcome to the 33nd Annual Rama Powwow on August 23-25, 2019 at the John Snake Memorial Multipurpose Grounds in Rama, Ontario, Canada. See some of Turtle Island’s finest World-Class singers and powwow dancers as they compete against one another in this competition powwow. This has become one of the biggest and best powwows in Ontario. Dozens of vendors (food, arts, and crafts).
Be part of this great family event, open to all. Come and learn about our beautiful First Nations culture and history.
$10 day, $15 weekend. Kids under 12, veterans, seniors, or disabled individuals get in for free.
Chippewas of Rama First Nation have been hosting powwows since 1986 at the beautiful John Snake Memorial Multipurpose Grounds on the territory of the Chippewas of Rama First Nation.
No pets, alcohol, or drugs are permitted onsite.
