  •  Add to Calendar 2018-12-22 2018-12-22 America/Toronto Christmas Caroling and Charles Dickens' This presentation is in partnership with Muskoka Chautuaqua and 20% of the proceeds will be donated to Muskoka Chautauqua. It is a celebration of the 10th anniversary of the opening weekend of the JW Marriott and Muskoka Chautauqua presented a dramatic reading of the same story with community members and CBC personalities. Coming full circle, audiences will be encouraged to gather around the piano and join in with songs of the Yuletide Season from 3:30pm to 4:00pm (song sheets supplied.). Enjoy some apple cider or for the adults, the cash bar. At 4pm nestle in as our professional actors perform a STAGE READING of William Colgate's adaptation of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol". Enjoy this rendition with all its colourful characters brilliantly brought to life by Dick Binsley (of "Mama Mia" on Broadway fame), Joan Bendon, Robin Clipsham, Alyssa LaPlume, Michele Ineson and Steven Jacklin as Scrooge! The performance runs 60 minutes.
