  •  Add to Calendar 2026-06-27 2026-07-01 America/Toronto It's Your Festival IYF is a 3-5 day celebration (depending when Canada Day falls) of multicultural Canadian music and creative expression. 2026 will be a full 5 days. It is an opportunity for the public to enjoy being entertained with new music, traditional ethnic lore, music and dance, and performances from local, regional and world-renowned CANADIAN artists on our Bandshell/Main Stage and the Community Stage. IYF provides unique ways for the public to participate, such as: the Canada Day Baby Contest, the Hamilton Spelling Bee, Just One Wish Kindness Awards and through various arts workshops offered by artisans and musical and dance performers. There are also interactive/participatory options with Children's Entertainment: stories and songs on our Children's Stage, and visits from reptile and animal shows. Hamilton Pro Wrestling and other activities are scheduled daily. It's Your Festival's New Music Expo Stage provides an chance for new bands to be seen and heard in a festival setting. In 2026 we will be including "Celebration of Soccer" activities to showcase Canada being in the World Cup, as well as live streams of the matches.
