This is the perfect event for fitness-minded singles daring enough to experience the cold plunge. All skill and pace levels are welcome. Cold plunging not your thing? Feel free to stick around and join us afterward for a warm beverage and conversation at The Boardwalk Cafe. Important to Note: There is plenty of parking available at Woodbine Beach. We will meet at The Boardwalk Cafe where you can check your bags and get ready to run. After our 5K, we’ll meet back at the Cafe and get ready to dive into Lake Ontario. It’s important to bring a dry change of clothes with you so that you can change immediately following the plunge.
