There you will see firsthand how maple syrup is made while exploring the sugarbush to check sap buckets, and taste raw sap, partially cooked sap, pure maple sugar and maple taffy over snow. Our Maple Sugar Shack is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. At the Heritage Barn, we provide complimentary toboggans to take along the trail.To Finish: At the Heritage BarnWhen you return from the Sugar Shack Experience, you will want to visit our 1850 Heritage Barn, which is home to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario. Learn and explore the history of our annual Canadian tradition.
