We’re an idyllic Ontario-based lavender and sunflower farm in East Garafraxa—just over an hour from the GTA—but don’t let the word “idyllic” fool you. We’re a little more “not your grandmother’s lavender… unless she’s fabulous.”

At Hereward Farms, we believe nature knows best (and we don’t argue with her). Every product we create is lavender-infused, farm-to-skin and farm-to-home, made with 100% natural, non-toxic, cruelty-free ingredients. No parabens, no fillers, nothing unnecessary—just clean, effective, beautifully simple formulations made from what we grow right here on our land. We grow it. We make it. You love it.

Proudly 100% Canadian and deeply rooted in sustainability, we use everything we grow—from our fields to our formulations—because waste isn’t really our style. What starts in the soil ends up in your daily rituals, bringing calm, nourishment, and a little everyday luxury.

In full bloom, our farm comes alive with over 8,000 lavender plants and 400,000 sunflowers—yes, it’s as dreamy as it sounds. Wander through the fields, breathe it all in, take the photos, then stay a little longer and just be. It’s less about rushing through and more about slowing down (a concept we strongly support).

Our fields are open seasonally from June through September, with peak bloom in July and August. Admission is $10 per person, with proceeds supporting local charities—because doing good should feel as good as it smells.

Open year-round, our Lavender Lounge + Boutique and Lavender Lounge + Café offer a curated, elevated farm experience. Think lavender lattes, specialty drinks, locally made treats, and shelves filled with our all-natural skincare and home products. It’s equal parts calm, curated, and just a little indulgent.

And if you can’t make the trip? We’ll bring the farm to you. Our online shop is always open, ready whenever you need a moment of calm delivered to your door.
