Toronto Outdoor Art Fair - 58th Annual - July, 2019

Description

Toronto Outdoor Art Fair is Canada’s largest and longest running juried outdoor contemporary art fair. This year the free public event returns to Nathan Phillips Square for its 57th season July 6-8, 2018. The fair showcases works by over 350 contemporary visual artists and makers, ranging in medium from painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media to jewellery and ceramics. The fair attracts over 100,000 attendees and brings the artist face-to-face with the audience. Visitors can stroll about the booths discovering the works of local artists, and participate in an array of programming including a refreshing craft brew in the on-site cascading beer garden, captivating live performances, walking art tours, and much more

The Fair offers a fresh-air alternative to conventional art shows and galleries. Side by side, established artists, undiscovered talents and innovative students sell their work directly to the public and make lasting connections with art dealers and collectors.

The Toronto Outdoor Art Fair is a charitable, non-profit organization supported by a group of volunteers active in the art and corporate communities. No percentage of the artists' sales is taken by the organizers.
