Located 3.5 hours north of Toronto and 4 hours west of Ottawa, North Bay is surrounded by the beauty of nature, art and culture and offers something for everyone to experience. In the winter, take in Laurentian Ski Hill with the 350-foot vertical in the heart of the city. Groomed snowshoeing and hiking trails along the escarpment are also available. For those adventure seekers, take a ride in style and see the land by snowmobile or ATV. Arts, culture and great culinary experiences are well positioned with numerous restaurants, art galleries, museums and a spectacular theatre arts centre, with live entertainment, symphony, theatre and dance, at the Capitol Centre.
