Wineries & Microbreweries in Greater Toronto Area
We may think of Niagara on the Lake or Prince Edward Country for wines, but Port Perry, Bowmanville, Milton and Holland Marsh represent the Greater Toronto Area pretty well too! From fruit wines, meads, ciders and more traditional wines, you can tour and taste a wide range of options. If micro brewing is your thing, Toronto is a hub of craft breweries with over a dozen in Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Oakville, Richmond Hill & Pickering. The GTA even has a sake company and a craft distillery!

Spirit Tree Estate Cidery
A visit to Spirit Tree is a feast for the senses. The on-site Farm Shoppe is a treasure trove of artisanal fresh-baked treats, preserves and cheeses. The cozy Bistro offers a rotating seasonal menu featuring wood-fired pizzas and locally-inspired dishes that pair perfectly with a cold cider.

Organic hop farm + solar-powered Brewery. Year round Tasting Lounge (1870 barn) serving pints, flights and light snacks. Live music Fridays + Sundays. Check website for Food Pop-ups. Seasonal Beer Gardens with live music, 14 hole disc golf and food truck (chef Phil Dewar). Open May to October.

Shop over 180 wines, wine accessories & gourmet food items! See the underground barrel cellar, and peruse original art including works by Canadian Group of Seven artists. Enjoy our complementary 2pm daily tour and experience our state-of-the-art winemaking facilities & complimentary tasting bar.
