National Arts Centre

The NAC is marking the 5th year of summer programming with eclectic mix of music, theatre and workshops. These free and affordably priced performances run from July 4th until August 28th.

New this year is a third free weekly sunset performance on our Wood Terrace, in addition to the free lunch time Atrium performances. Music will, once again, echo along the canal with our canal concerts. For those looking to create, Chancz Perry and Mary Ellen MacLean return to host their respective popular theatre and writing workshops. And, stage shows start at $15 and offer a blend of traditional and experimental performances from across the world.

Everyone is welcome! No dress code, no pressure. Create your own experience with your family and friends all summer long.

“This summer, the NAC comes alive with rhythms from around the world and close to home that invite you to move, connect and celebrate. With unforgettable performances on our stages and under the city sky on the Wood Terrace, join us for a summer of amazing music, theatre, and dance in the heart of the city.”
